The special rate for the conference is $149 plus tax and $36.28 resort fee* for single/double occupancy. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. To reserve a room you can use the link above or call 866.919.7472 or 702.785.5555 and mention TDWI 2025.

Work in federal government? A very limited number of rooms are available at the federal government daily rate of $102 plus tax (13.38%) and a resort fee of $36.28. Please note you will have to show your government ID at check-in to get this rate. You can book your room using this link or calling 866.919.7472 and mentioning TDWI 2025.

These discounted rates are available through January 30, 2025, or until the group rooms sell out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates may apply after January 30 or when group rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.

*Resort fee includes the following: in-room high-speed internet each day (two devices per day), daily access to the fitness center for two, and all local calls.

Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. Las Vegas enjoys cool weather in February with daytime temperatures that typically average in the mid-50s and evenings in the 40s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Transportation from Harry Reid International Airport

Harry Reid International Airport (formerly known as McCarran International Airport) is 20 minutes from Planet Hollywood. Taxis or shared ride services such as Uber or Lyft are easily available.

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

  A complimentary breakfast is available each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

  During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages are available.

• Lunch

  On Tuesday and Wednesday, complimentary luncheon is available for conference attendees. On Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

• Evenings

  Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

• Monday, 5:00–6:45 p.m. – Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers.
• Tuesday, 5:00–7:00 p.m. – TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit hall is the perfect way to begin your evening–visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
