TDWI has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at the Swissôtel Chicago.

The special rate for the conference is $249.00 plus 17.4% tax for single/double occupancy. To reserve a room you can use the link above or call 888-737-9477 and mention TDWI 2024.

Work in federal government? A very limited number of rooms are available at the federal government daily rate. Please note you will have to show your government ID at check-in to get this rate. You can book your room by calling 888-737-9477 and mentioning TDWI 2024. These discounted rates are available through Monday, April 15, 2024, or until the group rooms sell out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates may apply after April 15 or when group rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.

For added convenience, TDWI now offers the following hotel packages, which can be added to your conference registration, when you register by Monday, April 15, 2024. Please note the below rates do include a TDWI convenience fee.

Weather and Dress

Dress for the conference is business casual. Chicago enjoys cool weather in April-May with daytime temperatures that typically average 60 degrees Fahrenheit and evenings that average in the 40s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Where to Eat throughout the Week

Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

  A complimentary breakfast will be provided each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

• Breaks

  During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages will be served.

• Lunch

  On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. On Sunday, Thursday, and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Swissôtel Chicago.

• Evenings

  Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.

• Monday, 5:15–6:45 p.m. Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers and vendors.
• Tuesday, 5:00–7:00 p.m. TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit Hall is the perfect way to begin your evening—visit the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
