Reservations
The special rate for the conference is $249.00 plus 10.7% tax for single/double occupancy and 2% SD tourism fee. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. To reserve a room you can use the link above or by calling toll free 888-544-2523.
Rooms booked with TDWI include:

- Waived resort fee. All amenities offered in the daily resort charge will be available for purchase.

This discounted rate is available through, July 11, 2024, or until the group rooms sell out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates may apply after July 11 or when the group rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.
For added convenience, TDWI now offers the following hotel packages to add to your conference registration, which you can add when you register for the event by July 11, 2024. Please note the below rates do include a TDWI convenience fee.

Weather and Dress
The weather is typically in the high 70s this time of year, with nights in the 60s. Attire for this event is business casual. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.
Shuttle Transportation from San Diego International Airport
The Sheraton Hotel provides complimentary airport shuttles between both towers (Marina Tower and Bay Tower) and the airport approximately every 20-25 minutes from 4:45 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Shuttles are marked with a Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina logo. Upon arrival feel free to contact the hotel at 619.291.2900 for an estimated time of arrival for the shuttle.
- Terminal 1 – Cross the sky bridge, then walk back towards the airport. The shuttle stop is on the third island on the left, marked “Hotel Courtesy Shuttles”
- Terminal 2 – From baggage claim, cross the street, then go to the second island. Walk left to signage marked “Hotel Courtesy Shuttles”
Shipping
You can ship your packages via the FedEx office located near the meeting space. Shipping cost depends on weight, size, destination, and the service used. Boxes are available free of charge at TDWI’s registration desk while supplies last.

A complimentary breakfast will be provided each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. On Sunday, Thursday, and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina.

Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages, and networking.
- Monday, 5:15–6:45 p.m. – Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers.
- Tuesday, 5:00–7:00 p.m. – TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit Hall is the perfect way to begin your evening—visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
